Oldtimer Rallye in Mellingen
Mellingen is the next village down the road from where I live and there was an oldtimer rallye coming through there today. Actually, they didn’t just drive through, they stopped there for a couple of hours.
I love old cars, they all look so very pretty. Not that I would ever spend so much time and money on a car as those people do. Much less so, because most of them don’t look too comfy on the inside. (Not that my own car is. ^.^)
Anyway, me and my parents went to have a look this morning. It was awesome. The whole little village was crammed with the most gorgeous cars and dozens of old motorbikes, all parked hither and tither along the narrow streets and around the village green. There were lots of people, food stalls, a stage, a marching band and all that stuff. But the only thing I was interested in was the cars. I took almost 200 pictures in a bit more than an hour. If it hadn’t started raining we would have stayed much longer.
