Try “The Magus” – One of the all time best books I’ve ever read & one of the few that I’ve read more than once

I finally played. I've read 14 and really liked 6 of them--at least at the time that I read them. I don't remember loathing any of the ones I read, but chances are I did, because 6 of the ones I read (which don't overlap with the six I liked) were for classes in high school or college. I am obviously an illiterate clod! I have only read five of those: Catch 22, Catcher in the Rye, Chariots of the Gods, Hitchhiker's Guide (loved it!), Mockingbird (pretty good). Actually, I lied: I loved only 2 of the books, namely “The Hitchiker’s Guide” and “I Capture The Castle”.
Two others I liked, “To kill a mockingbird” and “The Catcher in the Rye”, but in a more absent-minded fashion, certainly not enough to read them again sometime.
