Another artist crush: Si Scott
A graphic designer from the UK, whose work blew me away at first sight.
I don’t remember if I saw it first on NOTCOT or FFFOUND or one of those places, but I was instantly impressed by his meticuluos linework and his flowing, graceful style, especially in the animal pictures, but also in his typographic pieces.
All of his stuff is hand-drawn with fineliners. Imagine the patience that takes. Bloody amazing, if you ask me.
I have to find out if there are prints of some of his works available somewhere, because this is definitely something I could see on my walls. There is, however, a t-shirt with a print of the swan available on Threadless. For myself, I would prefer a shirt with this koi, though:
